I am very confused. I don't know whether to sell or to keep. I am willing to keep but very scared. I already promise to myself no more China shares. Enough is enough. What happen if the price is declining till 2cents? 1 cents? is that possible? Why bursa Malaysia didn't send any enquiries to Msports regarding this matter? Please help me. Why the main shareholder sold the ESOS shares? Please help.
with the current price, you just need Rm4.8 million to control the whole company and command Mr. Lin to makes coffee for you every morning. think about it. hahahaha。
Malaysian shares are being control by local syndicates. Thus it is up to them to quote the price. To beat the syndicates we must have holding power. This is the financial game.
Tom Merina Thomas FYI Xinghe major shareholder sold their shares(different is off market) at 0.005 sen. At least some shareholders here benefit(hope it turn out to be) from Lin HuoZhi selling but not Xinghe shareholders. Myself is confused why Lin Huozhi disposal get attention but not when he subscribed ESOS at 11 sen.
Confuse. I don't know whether he really sold his own shares or not. But the numbers of shares that he sold on 29 Jan equal to the number of ESOS shares that he subscribed in Nov. You can refer to bursa announcement in Nov regarding ESOS shares that he bought. I think on Nov 15.
Msports: Lin didnt dispose any of his shares, if you noticed the bursa announcement on 18th Nov he had 16% shares and on 29th Jan after he disposed the ESOS shares, he still had his 16% shares. I think another major shareholder dumped his or her shares.
Tom Merina Thomas bursa announcement of major shareholders(above 5% stake) disposal is almost same day. So other shareholders disposing is a real possibility for Msports to drop such low currently. Lin Huozhi still maintain his 16% stake before implement ESOS.
Hopefully Erwin Selvarajah(no. 2 shareholder) will take note of Lin disposal. So if he buy another 7-8% he will takeover control of Msports since he never sell any of his shares.
So if look at the picture in the website Msports own 5 buildings? Does the 5 buildings worth RM 20 plus million Msports currently fetch? How about other assets eg machineries, inventories(shoes), cash and others?
Our friend here said they sold the shares because they need the money to spend for coming CNY so should not be considered as bad. At least not use Msports money.
this is a very weird way of selling his stakes, he could have easily make a "nice" announcement ( fake one also never mind, remember last time KNM announce want to take private but never happen ), let MSPORTS share price goes up, then only dispose .BUT he choose to dispose violently crashing down MSPORTS price. What is he trying to do ? Very obvious he does not want MSPORTS price to go up.
There is another individual in that intention to deal announcement, Lin LiYing ( CEO of MSPORTS ), her announcement has yet to come out. Lets hope she mops up all the shares and do a management take over of the company.
this stock really makes you guys having nightmares in your sleep ... ? whatever will be, lets it be . . . start planning your holidays with your family coming CNY ....
Erwin taking over is a high possibility. If he is the find out can he put Lin in jail?

Another possible scenario: If Lin sells all his shares then other substantial shareholder will take over the company & they will conduct a real audit & they may find out the discrepancy in accounting & Lin may go to jail!
(4) From listing announcement, almost all the ESOS are exercised & listed on 17/11/15. Why almost all eligible employees exercised ESOS when market price is lower? (Total 77.622 M ESOS shares exercised at RM0.11 -> RM8.54 million injected into MSports.) (Lin’s parts are 7.762M + 3.811M (daughter’s) = 11.573M shares.) http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed-companies/company-announcements/4919957
All these are very puzzling, no plausible explanation unless you make an assumption: ‘Someone cooked up the book, the accounting is not right & most of the cash is fake.’
Then everything can be explained:
Lin try to inject cash into MSports by exercising ESOS & perhaps also hoping for some profit if price rises. All the ESOS from employees could be paid by him, i.e. he could be using the accounts of the employees & paid for the exercise of the ESOS. (Right issues is impossible since market price is lower than the Par Value of the share (2.5 cent USD). The issue price must not be lower than Par value.)
When the market price drop further, he cut loss & sell since he has no confidence with the company. He knew that most of the assets & cash are cooked up & simply not really there.
I just checked purebear background and find how "reliable" is he.
Stock: [VIVOCOM]: INSTACOM GROUP BERHAD Oct 9, 2012 06:05 PM | Report Abuse
The selected investors in the Private Placement (91.6M shares) & Offer for sale (51M shares) have profit of 50% & they may sell now.
The new substantial shareholders or directors, ie the owners of original Instacom, have (510M – 51M = 459M) shares but they may start selling part of their shares only after 6 months since their shares are under moratorium for 6 months. So the price may drop even further after 6 months! http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/cube/post/purebear.jsp?fp=3
how bad more can it go ? now hoping for Lin LiYing announcement, hopefully she takes up all those sold by Lin Houzhi and others who dump MSPORTS shares.
Msports director not respect their shareholder(either major or small shareholders). They always want to issue RI and dont know how to use RI money to expand business.
someone go and sell 200,000 shares at 4.5sen, only to find out MSPORTS suddenly surge pass 5sen. Must have regretted big time. Lets hope MSPORTS will rise beyond 20sen to proof all these people wrong.
