correct me if I m wrong. Here is my calculation. U need to have 12 XDL to have one XDL-OR to buy 4 XDL rights before ex. Say OR now is 25 cents, XDL now is 36 cents. the OR needs to divide by 12 = 2.08 sens. Therefore, 36 + 2.08 = 38 sens lah. Pls advise.

= 4320 + 1000
= 5320

Compare to 12000 @0.385 before ex = 4620

actually very simple...
Assuming you have 300k XDL's shares in your CDS on the ex date, you will now have:

A) 300k XDL sahres; and
B) 100k XDL - OR.

Since XDL - OR is 25c, divide 25c by 3, = about 8c.

Now, 36 + 8 = ????

maybe the imperfectwin can fill in the gap...hahahaha

Calculate also dunno wanna teach people to play right share who....hahaha

if you bought 12 XDL shares at 38 sen = 12 x .036 = 4.32
You get 3 bonus + 4 Rights + 3 Warrants.
Meaning from 12 become 19
Total expenditure = 4.32 + (4 x 0.35) = 5.72
If sell all the 19 shares after the listing of rights shares, let say at 35 sen,
Then income = 19 x 0.35 = 6.62
Plus the 3 warrants, let say the price of the warrants after listing is 13 sen,
Then total income will be = 6.62 + (3 x .13) = 7.01
Total profit = 7.01 - 5.72 = 1.29.
Therefore if you buy 120 x 100 lots of XDL shares, then you will earn = 1.29 x 1000 = 1,290

most probably after rights shares are issued, the price will be around 0.295.
((0.38*12)+(0.35*4))=0.3725
From 16 to 19,
0.3725*16/19=0.29+, correct me if i m wrong.

from y-o-y, xdl profits is diminishing, this right issues are to collect money for their new HQ. my common sense tell me that that next 2 years profits will lesser due to repayment of debt for capitalization of expenditure.
