XDL new TP 15-18 cent.Previous say 14-16cent on 9/12/2019.I already say a buy accompany by postive momentum with monthly RSI hooking up.

Some people do not believe in chart.Chart can tell people,when other do not know.Understand it so that less mistake people made(ex: sell to early or buy to early).People understand chart know.Weekly oversold already oversold(many weeks).

Please look at the chart... so previous down stagnant duration roughly as below:
Jan 2016 - May 2017 (16 months)
Apr 2019 - Nov 2019 (8 months)
So you guys pray harder this round will be shorten by half again which is 4 months! Hold it till August if you have patience. I lost it. LOL

Stock has been consolidating for some time now. At 0.06 it is grossly oversold and at multi year low.

At 0.06 ,there is little downside as company is profitable with substantial cash balance and high NTA .

It is a laggard stock with negligible risk.

Risk to reward ratio is in investors favour to buy at this price.

Rebound is imminent as most penny stocks in the stock market have rebounded sharply

Sales affected by MCO is only after March 16. QR is audited up until 31/march, if there are any decreases it is likely it will only be slight.
