Stock has been consolidating for some time now. At 0.06 it is grossly oversold and at multi year low.

At 0.06 ,there is little downside as company is profitable with substantial cash balance and high NTA .

It is a laggard stock with negligible risk.

Risk to reward ratio is in investors favour to buy at this price.

Rebound is imminent as most penny stocks in the stock market have rebounded sharply.
