It is good or bad, up to the market to judge. Lots of my friends start to buy in lots of face mask to keep stock now worried on shortage and price increased.....it is quite huge consumption if mandatory to wear face mark, many will choose reuseable or rewashable face mask to lower the cost. Is it good for XDL?

Xdl with no dividend or free bonus share, despite huge profit, cash not interesting enough. Other counter even sale asset such as land to give free bonus share to the loyal investors.

Will the which dumptrucks camping here with mountains of volumes will give up and chasing more profitable counters such as gloves and vaccine related. If it does, then dumptrucks will going to sell big cutloss, kind of selling pressure here. Dumptrucks is no no dumbest investor though.

As illustrated in Section 4 of this announcement, the credit arising from the Proposed
Par Value Reduction will be transferred to the Company’s contributed surplus account.
This contributed surplus may increase the distributable reserves of the Company,
thereby allowing the Company greater flexibility in making distributions to the
Shareholders in the future, in such manner as may be determined by the Board and as
permitted by applicable laws. It may also be utilised to set-off against accumulated
losses of the Company in the future, if any.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board wishes to highlight that it does not intend to
utilise the credit arising from the Proposed Par Value Reduction for the purpose of any
bonus issue exercises in the future. In this regard, the capitalisation for any future
bonus issue exercises will be from XDL’s then available share premium and retained
earnings.
In undertaking the Proposed Par Value Reduction, the Group has also taken into
consideration that the Proposed Par Value Reduction would not result in any change
to its net assets (“NA”) position and any adjustment to the value and number of Shares
held by each Shareholder.

Yes, plenty of good counters such as TCS....we are free to let go and invest in other counters. We are not force to be bonded here.

We still here because we believe in XDL, otherwise rather leave here and focus to make profits at other counter than wasting time here.

You do your own decision, free to let go or stay, still you have to decide by yourself. Don't blame people if we have to cut lose to shift to other counter.

One day this company didn't issue the annual report, it is still very risky. Xingquan, CSL, Maxwell & China Automobile all have the same problems before being suspended and eventually delisted.
