Total Revenue increased by 43% for quarter 1, 2020 (30.06.2020) to quarter 1, 2019 comparison.
Profit for the Quarter 1 2020 increased by 133% compared to Quarter 1, 2019. This can also can shown that ASP for products increased at rapid rates.
Furthermore, assume the lead time is around 44 to 50 days on delivery of products to its customers( that means the group delivered majority of it sales which being book in earlier) hence future quarters ASP will be higher and anticipate profit will also be handsome then current quarter 1, 2020.

Warned you guys yesterday/today. History repeats itself as per 18 May. The numbers don't lie if you have read all the reports/financials.

There is a reason why Harta is the first to report results.

400m expectation is 4X last quarter.

Today's result is for Q1 FY2021. Kenanga forecast for 2021 is 1200m while CIMB forecast is 1500m. If you divide that by 4 quarters evenly that's around 300m and 375m. But if you factor in that most of the higher ASP will come in during the later quarters and the CEO's remarks that they can only cater to new customers (spot) in 9 months time, then we may very well have a cheap sale tomorrow.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing Harta. Just that I have vivid memory of last quarter's announcement.

miche87 dont bring carepls into comparison, carepls total shares issued only 500M+, harta 3 point something billion. if want to compare the price direct, you at least need to take carepls's price divide by 6, and that amount put side by side with harta.

Carepls and comfort one pair of twins, they both about 500M++ shares and their glove capacity also about same.

so share price on last QR, 18 May was RM9.00-RM9.13, with RM115 million profits. Now profit is RM220, share price is RM18.88, and people saying Harta is worth RM10?

I am not sure how the math works. Double profit, should be double share price. But if everyone thinks Harta is worth RM10. How does that work?

Yes, I agree we were all expecting better from Harta. In the long term, still a good stock to hold and will only grow from strength to strength in the coming quarters. I may sell some depending on the market situation but will definitely keep some for long term.

in comparison to Maybank, another billion ringgit company, that always produce more than 1 billion profit per Qr. Harta profit only match with CIMB that value currently at 8 billion only. .. quite long to ROI.

HARTA on Prospects and Targets In line with growing rubber glove demand globally.
HARTA will continue with its NGC capacity expansion plans.
Plant 6 of NGC facility has commissioned 4 out of 12 lines with remaining production lines to come on progressively. Plant 6 will have an annual installed capacity of 4.7 billion pieces once completed.
Plant 7 is also in the expansion pipeline catering to small orders focusing more on specialty products and will have an annual installed capacity of 2.4 billion pieces.
