We’ll now make enough to satisfy half of all the US healthcare community demands right here on US shores. These are just three examples of how we’re using the DPA strategically and effectively in our national response, and there’s more to come. I know there’s a great deal of interest in exactly where and with whom we’re contracting. For reasons of procurement law, I’m not able to disclose the ongoing contract negotiations until they’re finalized. Efficient contracts take four to five weeks to finalize, and we’re about halfway through. So over the next few weeks, I expect we’ll have more announcements about the ways we’re using the DPA and other tools to combat the virus. Now, I want to end by encouraging Congress to act because some of our additional plans to use DPA, including adding more domestic genomic sequencing, allowing us to track variants and seeing new ones or ramp up molecular tests require funding. Congress could help this effort greatly by passing the American Rescue plan. And with that, I’ll turn it back over to Andy.

Well sell glove stock? It is like asking Warren Buffet to sell Coca-Cola or Geiko. Further, TG or Harta has been seeing CAGR of 20%+ on Profit/Revenue over last 20 years. And, the glove industry is on uptrend and will be trending upward at least till 2025.

And if there is ever any serious dip or market crash, glove stock will hold steadily while those "hopeful" stock will shatter.

It does look like EPF is shorting the market. The bulk of today's turnover is EPF disposing their shares. Right at the end whatever EPF is selling someone is buying and pushing the price up to close at Rm12.78 closing at the day's high. Hopefully buyers will continue to push tomorrow and punish the short sellers. New Year is just round the corner and I don't want to eat economy rice on New Year's day!!! I am sick of eating economy rice and nasi lemak kosong the last 3 months.

Shorties probably never realized when highly profitable shares are shorted, it will have the risk to pay good dividend to lender for each coming quarters.

Glover makers will announced a high dividends in coming qtr.

Last month Shorties were bleeding to an account of RM 350 millions to short Glove Fantastic Four..

I am in the opinion the big boys/market makers/IB in Malaysia are really smart but the only think is they take advantage of the retailers big time which is very unethical. They are playing up recovery and tech stocks for the trading gain and collecting the glove counters very cheaply by their own doing to earn the dividends. The time for glove counter will come eventually.

They win both ways.

Truly appreciate if the 4 big glove companies and the other glove manufactures could announce officially their revenue reports for just the month of January 2021 which is since the release of vaccines and adaptation of new norms. Let us all know once and for all whether vaccines and new norms generate demands for glove. In most countries now from the picture on the web, gloves are being used for every vaccination, manufacturing, distribution chain, etc, etc. Is this the catalyst for demand on gloves?. Since vaccination will continue for years to come, will this mean continuous glove demand? With the emergence of virus variants, will this increase the glove demand?

Based on 2019 Report, they have 36 billion installed capacity and around 85% utilization and an annual sales of > 28 billion (nitrile + latex).

Plant No.6 had been fully commissioned in 2020. And Plant No.7 is under commissioning, which is expected to contribute 2.7 billion to 43.9 billion in total towards next quarter.

NGC 1.5 ((4 plants) with 19bn capacity will start commissioning in Q4 CY2021. NGC1.5 is adjacent to existing NGC 1.0 in Sepang thus can share many resources thus relatively faster ramp-up.

NGC 2.0 (7 plants) in Banting with 32 bn capacity will start commissioning in Q1 CY2022.

By 2027, Harta would have 95.1 billion capacity.

Their wealth do not grow in a short time likewise Warren Buffet. If you have better investment strategy and getting far more better return with minimum risk, please go ahead. Presumably you are not the successful investor type and always hopping around instead of maintaining a healthy balance portfolio (diversifying in a few key industries).

We are also a vendor to the glove industries and benefitted from the business aspect as well, and also for years to come since the industry is on uptrend. Of course we are also a vendor to several other industries as well but as for glove, there is a foreseeable capacity expansion plan for next few years thus we are all gear up to ride the wave.
