By reading the history of previous right issues of ICPS with WA, the price was up from RM1.01 to the peak of RM1.89.

If subscribe the right issue at RM0.50 then which listed in Dec 2013, you get Hohup share + 1 WA = RM0.86+ RM0.445=1.305. Gain of 161%.

(Please correct me if I am wrong, so I don't interpret wrongly. Thanks in advance)

Yes, they did once in Dec 2013 (right issue of preference shares 1 to 1) & the current one just obtained approval from SC (1 for every 5 & others)
