As a retailer I am ok with price shooting up or down. I am not ok when price shoots up or down where a selected group of individuals are privy to, and the mechanisms that are supposed to make it fair for retailers to make sound judgements to get in or out, is not available from cypark or our regulators fast enough for the general public to take advantage.
