MHB Secures Kasawari Gas Development Project from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd
Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad (MHB or Group) wishes to
announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd
(MMHE) has been awarded a contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) to
undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning
(EPCIC) works for the Kasawari Gas Development project.
The EPCIC contract includes the construction of 47,000 tonnes of Central Processing Platform
(CPP), 8,600 tonnes of Wellhead Platform (WHP) and a Flare Structure, together with two
bridges linking the CPP to the WHP and the Flare Structure. The contract also involves the
transportation and installation of an 85-kilometres pipeline linking the Kasawari CPP to the
existing E11R-A platform.
Wan Mashitah Wan Abdullah Sani, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of MHB,
commented, “This award is a representation of continued trust in our capability in providing
offshore solutions and producing the desired results. Our aim is to deliver all projects
efficiently, without compromising on safety and quality”.

Its cash will be slowly depleted by further losses in next two quarters....soon cash cover will be below 30 cts and then 20 cts unless operation generate positive cash flow.

Arbitration award RM122 million ÷ total 1,600 million shares = RM0.07625 per share.

Yesterday 12/Nov closed at RM0.355 + RM0.076 = RM0.431. By simple adding up this shoild be the price. However, this share market does't calculate this way.

Need to let the market to so call "price in" and to dissolve into the value. Will take a bit of time.
