I don't know what to make of this one. Heeding what Namoyaki has said. But at the same time, it could be on an upswing. And the price - it's rather on the low side. However, the trader better be prepared to pick up should it not go his way in the next few trading sessions.

Price is under-valued by >50% as per TP by AMMB and the rights to use the land (one particular piece) is already more than/approximate current share price.

Not just Benalec but most other counters too. I don't feel comfortable about buying anything at the moment. Just looking at favourites like SKPetro etc... "looking" and not doing anything. Worrying about the classical cheap becoming cheaper.

Agreed with MC. KLCI @-25P/-1.5% fallen index may lead to a classical cheap become cheaper however, we may expect the same pattern as last week where a technical rebound does happened when we see the movement of EPF, Khazanah & some local cornerstone started to play their part by chucking their share here & there.

The facts is, US & EU are currently quite stable, ASIA market are week for a certain reason.
