My advise, don't go all in. test water.. and keep averaging cost if it drops further. .785 is already considered very good price anyway. 2-3 cents dividend already better than FD at this price.

don't trust target price. make your own call. none of these people here know for sure what is going to happen but all talking like they are god. 80+ cent is a good bargain already. Assuming that there is no hanky panky in the company about their reporting.

Dow Jones up more than 200 points. Yes further up tomorrow due to dividend and share buy back news. Latest balance sheet show that Benalec is is net cash position so has money to further buy back share while still low.

taciturn, tshwong & samsung555, I checked with my source this morning and was told that EIA approval is well advanced and on track. He had assumed EIA to have been approved because the company is currently mobilising its resources for starting reclamation work in Tanjong Piai. He further said that the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the EIA process has been approved for some time now and should be posted on the DOE website anytime soon, if it has not been posted already. As always, I will try to share accurate information as far as possible, but the caveat is that there is no guarantee. So, please be guided accordingly.

I've just got news that Benalec has obtained EIA approval for both the Tanjong Piai and Pengerang land reclamation projects and work should start as early as next month. (Kukuman, if you are there, don't buy!)

1Q15 results is out. What interesting is on item18 1st paragraph last sentence and 3rd paragraph. DEIA submission and final negotiation in business prospect. If I remember correctly, few months ago during the star interview, they mentioned they are midst of getting new Land reclamation consessionaire in malacca.
