earning per share cummulatively for the latest 3 quarter has reduced fr 9.5 cents to 6.8 cents ... and that (9.8-6.8)/9.8 x 100

= 30.61% reduction in net profit ... glupp ...when it was RM 1.10 ... the results has not arrived ... and now at RM 1.37 ... earning reduce by almost 1 third ...so TP = 1.10 x (100-30.61)/100

= RM 76 cents ... glupp

The market did not take the qtrly result as badly though, even as an overall down market today. I think it is forward looking when it comes to how we assess it.

The execution on the SPA on 12th June 2013 for its recently signed MOU with its 1MY Strategic Oil Terminal Sdn. Bhd. on the Johor land deal would be an immediate catalyst for Benalec. Once the agreement has been finalised, we would expect that EIA Study to be approved before they could kick-start with the reclamation works in Tanjung Piai.

It is good for the counter to up gradually rather than shoot up in a short time. Rise fast, fall fast. Hold it and set a target price for yourself to buy/sell. Don't just simply follow buy/sell trend.

anbz.... didnt i right regarding Dayang on Tuesday (see Dayang price jump from 509 to 529).... yes i'm wrong regarding Benalec on Tuesday. Why.... there is some answers:
1. There are so many chicken playing Benalec... getting fooled by the big boy... big boy are accumulating and chicken are running. (price down from 144 to 138..
2. Today there are still chicken around... selling their share as low as 134..... an look at how strong Benalec is.... up to 142 before settle at 141...
What is my conclusion; Tak ada konfiden tak payah le main share....

1. everyone here know that this stock is a quality stock.... why afraid?
2. didnt i told you guys that i buoght Pharma at RM10.02 on Tuesday? Kalau tak ada konfiden macam mana boleh beli Blue Chip yang harganya macam tu... see Pharma price today.... RM10.30... besok split jadi RM4.68 (dah entitle dividen rm75)
3. to me, any price below rm 160.... consider cheap, because Benalec share will surpass that mark very soon...

1.42 still reasonable, look at HSL, same type of construction firm, involve in sand pumping and filling, already fly higher, Benalec will follow the stage.
