Am TP is based on sum of parts(SOP) valuations which usually have a 30% discount, more approriate TP is 70% X 2.48= 1.736
Am report is always almost useless, that's why they wanna makan HDBS which have much more accurate TP

Johor wanna to increase tax on foreigner....another risk to be consider as the company recent works are from Johor.how will the market respond is still another question mark. Wait and see nonetheless the price is not too expensive. DJ recover this morning but not due to better economy data... It's due to weak manufacturing data...not good a good sign for the economy fundamental...

That should most likely be a property tax aimed at Singaporeans. It really shouldn't affect the O&G sector at all, which is where the money is at for Benalec
