Remember TP is between RM1.40 to RM1.80, so upside is around 15 to 50 cents for the year.On top of that, you will be getting a final dividend of more than 7 cents....so, what more do you want?

Please don't create fear among the investors with the intention of ask them to sell to you cheaply. You know that GOD punishes evil persons? I PRESUME THE FINAL RESULTS WILL EB GOOD WITH EARNINGS & DON'T FORGET A 7 CENT DIVIDEND WILL BE COMING TOO.

Just because there were an interview with Boss of Mahsing on 16Mar and positive comment on property market by Affin-Hwang ?

Or it is a return of Foreign Fund buying up those high dividend and lagging behind property counters ?

I am very happy that the current rebound of Tambun has been delivering me profit, nevertheless I doubt for its sustainability amid the current strong cold wind in property market. Therefore I would hold it tightly waiting for its attractive dividend and long term rebound but not to add more at the current price.
