Just for discussion.

Exercise is 4.72 and using FV of 1.45 we arrive at a total cost of 6.17

Using reference price at 4.28, 6.17/4.28 = 1.44 i.e. 44% premium.

Expiry of 10 years so if we divide it equally, that's 4.4% per annum just on time value of the warrants. Would that be expensive?

May I know what would be the implied volatility of the warrants at 1.45?

Worth RM1.45? Then why the fund manager sold 3.5M share @ 30.5 sen at 4.58pm? Careful! Based on the closing prices, the premium is already 19%! Take if 25% premium, WA will be 55.5 sen. Will it hit limit up again tomorrow? Interesting to see because at 60.5 sen, it is 26% premium, WOW.

TP 1.20 is foresee value, means in futures 10 years, BIMB stock could up much above 4.72 (-wa exercise price), ex. RM 6 to RMXX. while BIMB appreciate, -wa also appreciate, vise versa BIMB depreciate, -wa also depreciate.
