mum = 4.48

warrant need = 4.99 - 4.48 = 0.51sen to breakeven.

warrant exercise at 4.72

premium = (4.72 - 4.48)/4.48 * 100 = 5.35%

let say premium at 10%, so warrant will be at around = 0.45

Should fly high like TAKAFUL to RM5 by today.

unfortunately, with 1.4 billion shares issued, its understood that it can't fly that high and fast.

Next year, BIMB should do share consolidation, 5 to 1 - leaving in market about 300 million shares and float of 20%

Those who pushes BIMB to RM 4.25 are the peoples who bought the BIMB-OR below RM 1.00 and those who got excess shares with warrants at RM 4.25, as you know there are about 37 millions share available for excess application due to foreign funds are not taking up their portion as they are in pulling-out mode since last month after the 2014 budget announcement. SELLING PRESSURE will continue till Wednesday (11-12-2013), you must know SMART peoples are selling their shares begin on last Friday without having shares in their CDS accounts until Tuesday after 4pm , the arrival of new shares will arrive just in time (JIT)for T+3 delivery.However, after the sell down subsides, THM will push it back to the required price level, we just wait and see.
