Yeah, offer can go higher. Pressure is on Selangor MB to settle. Over 49% of water disruption nation wide in 2017 comes from Selangor. If no settlement and then another water disruption, then Harapan can say good-bye to at least one of the coming state by-elections! Will MB want to take this risk? Also there is PKR election. The waiting no. 1's crony will want CBD. Therefore, if Gamuda rejects (likely) the MB will come up with higher offer after August 10.
