funny thing about bt his TA, their financial analysit always like to throw spanner when ever good ddevelopment happening. To give ample tome for them to collet price at lower entry.. the same analyst will produce high TP when existing environment showed otherwise. Never believe report form IB bank, they only profit them self.

i study gamuda 2016 most recent Quarterly report. Gamuda's revenue, more than 60% are from engineering and construction, 30% from property development, 5% from concessions.

so rails and highway construction are an important source of gamuda's revenue.

Could you please explain what and how do you assume 8% and 16% profit growth for Gkent and Gamuda respectively? This is a surprise amidst the cancellation, deferment or downsizing of those Mega Projects by the government. Going forward, open tender system will be squeezing on the profit margins of the construction companies..
