Gamuda will survive with or without the underground project. It's when MACC comes round with the circumcision knife to neuter/castrate, that will likely takes it under! MACC directors must move fast to save the company and shareholders. Too many negatives building up especially if its role in the 2009 coup in Perak is connected!

while gamuda might not go back to 5-6 for the time being. it is safe sitting at 2 due to its moat in the industry. Dont worry about its future margin since there will be no bn cronies for their next project. Im sure they still can price for 20% profit at least. The revenue might get affected temporary. Remember the government has to make the GDP grow they dont have a choice. Infra works will continue. Our cashflow should be somewhat healthy under the management of this government

i dare say at rm2, it is very near to its ground price given its premium valuation it should deserve. This company is equipped to deliver the hardest project that no other local can take. Government should nurture this kind of company not push it to the brink of death to compete internationally since it is our industry branding
