Turnkey is also profitable with good project management. Could be even more profitable than PDP, albeit higher risk

change of contract from pdp to turnkey was a major hit to gamuda in 2018 & 2019 as the negotiated contract value was few billion lesser than expected / supposed to be. the 6% pdp was better than the profit from the negotiated turnkey contract....

mother and son mowing in the opposite directions... while son fly high, mother seems very reluctant to move forward..even though everybody knows what is going to be announced very soon. Penang project. ..another 6 cents dividend would hold back mother by 6 cents from the ex-price. Annually 12 cents divided from this counter.

If the government decided to take over toll from gamuda, there will be special dividend for gamuda, Let said it's $0.60 cents special dividend. I guess the gamuda price will move up. What do you think the impact on gamuda-we share price will be?

Peter if not mistaken the Warrant price will be readjust lower as this is a one off dividend arising from capital gain on disposal of assets.
Gamuda shares will probably adjust downwards but the warrant remains as it is post dividend

Contruction company very risky..have to think about goverment project big big one like high speed train..mrt..high way n so on..

Dont invest n get headache later...Better bought LHI...price cheap juzt 74sen..revenue of business doing RM Billion..corona or what so ever..people continue to eat..even thou ression..people are buying eggs......juzt my 2 cent idea ..
