How can the bank give the loan to OCB to buy the piece of land in KAPAR for RM57 million when the proposal was first announce last year OCB capitalization is only around RM40million n now it is only around RM70 million which is to execute this KAPAR land deal within ONE YEAR, maybe have been call off due to NOT OBTAINING the loan and maybe 10% deposit of RM5 million buta forfeited. SAD STORY for shareholder who bought into. it
still no UPDATE.

Dompeilee u r wrong, if u have money, REALLY HAVE MONEY sapu all the shares around 60 to 70sens u will be laughing to the bank at the end of the year and u also have 0.015sen per share as dividend to lighten up the HOLDING COST maybe only for this year. (1 year show) U must understand this CHINAPEK boss is super rich n doesn't need to goreng the company share all the times. The moment he start to goreng it will be a VERY GREAT FORCE as he has done with his other public listed company.

Not much short term investors, as all serious investors already know it trick maybe just a few investor who bought 5000 or 10k shares during the run. up to. 79sen. Today i m the 1st one to que 1000 shares at . 645 sen but immediately someone just block it at 65sen n in the afternoon when i que at 65sen the selling stopped this just show how TIGHT the share is. It is not for short term contra players n also not for INVESTOR WHO INTEND to hold big position of 10k shares or more. ALL TRADING OF OCB shares are SENDIWARA, BEWARE can only buy as low as u can DON'T NEED to chase not worth it.

I agreed with DOMPEILEE to hold on to the shares until it moves up. The cost of holding 10k shares is less than CHINA PEK n company holding over 50 millions OCB shares as for me. Just have to OUT LAST this China pek to gain handsomely, NO SHORTCUT or CONTRA GAIN can win this chinapek.
