@Tornado, only substantial s'holders (>= 5%) and directors are obligated to inform Bursa when they transact company shares.

The company which can manage well and make good return is "wrong" - The historical dividends of RM725.4mil paid until the end of 2012 was not only sufficient for Splash shareholders to recover their initial RM400mil, but also left them with a return of RM325.4mil, almost doubling their investment within a period of 12 years.

Splash shouldn't manage the company well, instead it should make a huge loss and borrow money from banks so it can get more offer from state.

@Crownford, Azrul is just repeating what the MB had said, he is just a spoke man for the MB. The deal offered to Splash is from a team specially set up for this purpose, Tony Phua is in the Team as well, he had said the same thing too.

[NEWS FLASH] It's official, PKR endorses Azizah as new MB: Should the Pakatan Rakyat leadership agree to this, Wan Azizah, who is also the Kajang assemblyperson, would replace Khalid Ibrahim.
PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has been proposed as the next Selangor menteri besar.
This was announced by her husband and PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim at a press conference held after midnight.
