EPF buys and sells shares is normal conducted activity, but importantly is MBMR's financial performance & dividend payment track record is what investors want.

satisfying QR, EPS still can maintain PE below 10, good dividend payout, as long as net cash is still positive and price still below NTA, definitely can continue to hold, after dividend exdate there will be more space for the price to fill up

13 EPS is lower than last QR but it is still very decent maintaining pe below 10 by itself. not to mention EPS need to be averaged out throughout the year for bigger picture

that is just part of CSR social responsibility to sell low cost model for B40. This is not for making money. We should appreciate Perodua is kind enough to roll out affordable model, not even Proton able do that.

Perodua's net profit in 2022 was about 1billion. MBMR owns 20% in Perodua. If you were MBMR how much would you sell your 20% stake to SIME? MBMR mkt cap is now about RM1.6b
