I am puzzled with this statement .. see the last row (".. with anticipation in the increase in CPO and palm kernel prices"). On what basis?
The Board of Directors expect the Group to achieve satisfactory results for the financial year ending 30 September 2017 arising from the profit recognition of the ongoing projects that have been launched and sales locked-in in the previous financial years by the property and construction division and the profit contribution (excluding unrealised foreign exchange gains/losses) from the plantation as more palms are entering into maturity stage with higher yield couple with the anticipation in the increase in CPO and palm kernel prices.
The dull property segment in 1H is set to be more vibrant in the 2H when the MRT to Kajang becomes operational by July 2017. The new KTM station being built in Kajang 2 township is expected to be completed about the same time. MKH is set to launch more infrastructure themed properties.
Already the TR Residence project (with GDV close to RM400 million) has garnered very good take up rate (more than 80%) since its soft launch in February 2017.
Among the new launches are integrated high-rise developments in Kuala Lumpur known as TR Residence at Jalan Tun Razak and Saville @ Mont’Kiara with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM400 million and RM430 million respectively, said executive chairman Tan Sri Alex Chen Kooi Chiew.
The company also plans to launch Phase 1 and Phase 4 of Hillpark @ Shah Alam North by June next year. The two phases will comprise 814 double-storey terraced houses with a total GDV of RM366 million.
Meanwhile, poised to be unveiled by March 2017 is the RM262 million mixed-use development MKH Boulevard 2. MKH will also launch Kajang 2’s Precinct 2, which consists of 198 double-storey terraced homes with a GDV of RM137 million.

kenken85, you need to have some FA and TA skill to get such low average price. Buy low sell high plus the timing for dividend and right issue share. @Grace1234, after the bull run at 1st half of 2017 for KLSE, is hard get the high dividend yield stock at current price.
Very positive to value of the assets of MKH 1. Already operational MRT line to Kajang 2. Already open new flyover linking Bangi and Kajang 2. Still pending completion; expected this year 3. New Kajang 2 KTM station
Those who keep MKH for another year will be greatly benefited. MKH's strategic land bank in Kajang 2 and other areas will be fully reflected in the price by that time. Value investors now are collecting MKH-WB from those holders who have no money to convert and they are forced to sell them cheaper than MKH mother shares.
