Unbilled sales means Sales not yet billed.... meaning the outstanding order book lah.... not property not sold,,, property not sold is inventory or under development...

If look at the property revenue and unbilled sales, the property actual sales is more than 400mil. for plantation, if excluded forex loss and written off , the profit will be 6.5mil

property unbilled sales stood at rm926.5mil, look forward to recognised in coming quarter result. plantation usd loan has been reduced from usd 80mil to usd52.7mil, impact from weak rupiah will be mitigated too.
