From the annual report FY 2022 , it seems Takaful is very aggressively growing the business. The profit before tax is better than FY 2021 but profit after tax is affected by extra tax by the one time Prosperity Tax

Without government intervention via mandatory subscription, Takaful cannot survive.
Using government agencies to arm twist customers to subscribe is the business tactic of most Bumi companies. There is no true business acumen or foresight except relying on regulation. Why the number of shares ballooned a little more than 4 times?
