anyone can predict if mpcorp wa can at least touch 0.17? I dare2 jump in 0.175 on Mon & tmrw is t4. whether to force sell at 0.135 or to pinjam along to get $ to tk up.......Up€
judykhaky are you referring to pm corp touching 17? The catalyst for pm corp to cross not only 17 cts but overtake mp corp will be by
1) Announcement of Cash Distribution (Watch out for next 3 months only)
2) Change of name to "Network Food Industries (NFI) - proposed in shareholder's meeting.
3) Revalue Or sell more assets to unlock cash. Example: PM Corp's penthouse in Singapore called "Tanglin View" Net book value is RM2.7 Millions (bought in1999) Current Market Value Over RM9 Millions. Up 3 fold from book value.
4) Dispose All quoted & unquoted shares to further unlock Cash.
5) Expand and increase chocolate production to capture bigger market share like Dutch Lady Milk Industries, guan chong & mamee
6) Cancellation of treasury shares & exercise further share buy back
7) Formulate a future dividend plan like apollo food, dutch lady, nestle, hup seng biscuit, cocoaland, oriental food industry (OFI)
Over a short term the share market is a voting machine; but over a long term the stock market is a weighing machine. NOT THE OPINION OF MEN BUT BY ITS OWN INTRINSIC & FUNDAMENTAL VALUE. IT STANDS ON ITS OWN MERIT
Yes PM Corp's Value Is Unlocking Soon! Management has confirmed that Capital Reduction & CASH DISTRIBUTION will be announced THIS YEAR. But the dispensing of CASH will take some time due to formalities as required by Bursa.
As for MP Corp. Management is still looking for Joint Venture or to sell some land for cash. It will take a little longer to unlock value. But the ISKANDAR STORY IS ONLY BEGINNING. MP CORP has A Very Bright Future With Strategic Land Bank.
I'm talking about MPCorp-wa actually. T.T Not touching PMCorp as I don't want to make myself confuse. their name are too close to each other. ANyhow, worth to take a look after Calvin's analysis.....Thx!!

Sean Chan Agree with fireball. Do your investment decision based on your judgement and homework. No point to blame others
Dear Fireball and Sean Chan, I need your help to explain to those uneducated (never read disclaimer) and stupid (never do homework and start to blame) people in the below link. http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/pfs/20984.jsp
Dear yungshen1, Yes. The price is rebounding. The up trending is to be considered as "strong" if the price can cross 0.43 (breakout) and with high volume. The price must close at 0.435 convincingly. I will not select this stock (my opinion only), please do your homework before you invest. Thank you.
already loss a lot, rebound also not enough soup & medicine fee....huhuhu.... really true or not. I remember a week back someone say will hit limit up..... keep waiting, nothing happen. nearly hit limit down adalah.
this company has very good assets and b/s is healthy.. main problem is, the main shareholder. I think they are not willing to unlock the value to benefit minority shareholders... I bought at 40 sen some years back because of the rich underlying assets.. but what is the use if main shareholder is selfish? A few years ago they tried to take the coy private offering a miserable 40 sen (or somthing like that)... who knows what they will try next.. I will buy again when price is below 40 sen, but not higher.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
