what has happen to mpcorp? the lands held were nearer to JB than focal and kseng is further away in kong kong masai n Teluk sengat. The problem is TS Liew not buying mpcorp but focal , all boils down to the management and trade name ingerited by Liew under SP Setia , Eco- World , Salcon and focal. Anyway this co is now making 12 cts/share and given that its share is only 50 cts , this share is making around 25 % earning . I will buy more to keep for my children rather than putting money in the bank to earn petty interest.

A VERY GOOD MORNING TO ALL AT MP CORP,

Eco World is Coming to Our Neighbour, Focal Aim's Kota Masai. As such the prospect of MP Corp will be bright. However, that will take some time.

MP Corp has Deep Value & A Long Term Play. It has Prime Land Bank & share price has not been chased beyond fundamental by Mr. Market next door! Liew took Focal shares at RM1.40 & Mr. Market chased it as high as RM2.40.

Fundament support will play catch up when 3rd Bridge to Singapore Changi is opened. Plus Pengerang Oil & Gas RM60 billions Refinery launching will spur further interest in both Focal & MP Corp shares. Earliest launching is delayed for 2 years. Hopefully they will bring it forward.

While waiting, meanwhile, I want to tell you guys that PM Corp's Management will be announcing Capital Reduction & CASH Payout soon.

MP Corp or PM Corp? Both also good for long term investors

Yes Kakijudi, Mr. Fahmi, The Boss at Lakehill Showroom said Nusa Damai is looking to sell some (some only) land or looking for joint venture partners for MP Corp Land.

At first he said Eco World was interested. But he later SMS to clarify that it is not Eco World but the Eldest Brother of Johor Sultan is interested.

it already breaking the 0.450 limit, I dunno. Either it rebounce or it drop further until another support line was built. But chance of rebounce will be limited because of US stock market condition.
