I have been doing detail reading today on mpcorp projects in the ISKANDAR region and it is GIGANTIC.Look at the value of its shares now which is so undervalued compared to its projects and the future unlocking of its values.kaki judi you are into the right stock andr you silence shows maybe how much you know about this companys immense value.

if they price their land at RM50psf, they would swap aroud 56 acres of land. but i doubt they will price it that low. current market price at least RM75. if at rm75psf thats around 35 acres.

debt is an issue but not a big issue for them, can be easily settled with land swap, JV or selling land. after their debt issue settle, believe me, u will see the next focal

Sell the MPL enough to cover RHB loan and Amanah 113m right? Why don't they just do that still have some balance since MPL worth 300m and RHB+amanah about 200+m still got surplus? Now the Lakehill and Aptec stall also because injunction lose lose.
