One year ago, one super sales-uncle - who claimed is from Singapore and also very good at telling fairy tales - asked me to buy this stock and keep for one year.
Now, one year later, this stock dropped MORE than 60%.

I just visited Um Land sales office in Bandar Sri Alam. All imperial jade intermediate unit now all sold
Only end lot and Corner unit left. No more Below Rm500k now. Prices are moving up.

What's going on?

Now Lands in Bandar Sri Alam has reached over Rm150 psf for Extra land unit. Mp Corp lands remain a bargain at only Rm8.40

That's why Calvin is bullish!

I cannot speak for others but I will buy more on weakness.

We are to be greedy when others are fearfully selling like now!

Assuming Wisma MPI 'burn', 188 acres of land also 'burn'. MPCorp still have 300 acres of land in Masai.300 acres @ rm50/sf = Rm2.27/share.

Price drops because of margin call. Company under PN17 have zero capping value. Once margin call end, share price will be stabilized.

I'm not worried about capital reduction. The majority shareholder still owned 56% of the MPC share. TPY owned 5%.

Go and see PM's companies in the past. Major shareholders owned more than 50% and in the last minor shareholders are still the victims. You do not have as much capital as major shareholders.
If it is really valuable, it should shoot to above 1 ringgit last time when it stay at 50 cents. It will not lower down to allow you get cheaper price. SHUECHABOO, time will prove you right or i am wrong.

Why is Calvin Bullish on MP Corp?

The Joint Venture Between BPuri & MP Corp

1) BPuri agree to value MP Corp LakeHill Lands at RM20 psf. Plus Extra 20% Profit Sharing.

Judging From Scienctex & UMLand Profits about 30% at RM300 psf it should yield RM90 psf

20% of RM90 = RM18 psf

Effectively MP Corp is getting RM20 upfront plus RM18 profit psf.

A total of RM38

MP Corp was last revalued with a book value of RM11.30 (Up from RM8.50)

So at RM38 minus cost of RM11.30 = RM26.70 or 236% Windfall

The Current Nta of MP Corp is 87 cents

So 87 x 236 = RM2.05

The NTA of MP Corp should be RM2.05

At 18 cents MP Corp is now selling at a Whopping 92% Discount to NTA.

As Deep Value Investor MP Corp is now A GREAT VALUE BUY

490 acres x 43500 to covert to sq ft = 21315,000 sq

Now x RM38 = RM809,970,000 Plus Wisma MPI = Over RM1 Billions

Is this sum enough to settle all MP Corp Debts?

MP Corp has RM300 millions debt

So Asset - Debt = RM700 Millions Cash Surplus.

At 287 mil paid up total shares

MP Corp is worth RM2.43 per share.

I am not as smart as calvin who bought this stock from over 50 sen all the way down to 17 sen (also borrowed money to conduct operasi tong sampah by buying this stock at around 35 sen).......hahahah.....
but I have taken profit on KSL in Nov 2014 when it doubled from the price calvin asked me to sell in March 2014.......hahaha....
