coincidentally last sunday I saw female student sitting in food court use free wifi, free air cond, free toilet and also the BIG ONE = Free Filtered drinking water

doing what? she climbed Aeon to get Internet, maybe she was sitting for exams?

however when I went to pay cashier at supermarket, there was a long queue like the barang was free.

Later I was so cheesed off I abandoned trying to buy hot coffee coz queue was just too long. So I had 2 superb cakes, one was tiramisu and the other was chocolate @ promotion price with just plain water. Cake tasted better than Harrods at KLCC.

Unless goreng, LT potential and fundamentals is dim. Whether got crowd or not, revenue is the answer. Whether performance is good or not, bottom line tells the truth.

AEON's Revenue has always been high, but it is very weak at sustaining a good profit margin.

In coming years, MY economy prospect is going to stay dimmed, with cautious consumer spending, hence people will always seek for bargains, and online shopping is the preferred choice.

AEON is just a retailer, there is no way it could fight the cheaper prices coming from official manufacturers who list at e-commerce platforms themselves.

What's worse is the slow-down and halt of business expansion causing its tenant occupancy rates to suffer much, particularly in the suburbans, on top of the huge expenses forked for rental incentives.
