what I understand is 4/5 closing mother price will decide the exercise price. Lets said the mother price is 2.20, the WA is 0.60, than the exercise price is 1.60.

Before bonus, if you have
40 lots vs-wa
exercise price 1.65

After bonus, then you have
50 lots vs-wa [40+40*1/4]
Exercise price 1.32 [1.6*4/5]

how come the vs closing price can decide the warrant exercise price?

Skykiller, the exercise price is 1.32, so let say the mother closing price is 2.30 on 3/5,then since u buy 4000shares, u will get 5000 shares on 8/5, and warrant theory price will be 1.84-1.32=0.52.

@Jc Jie Chung. Whoever bought on May 3 n before are entitled. May 8, bonus issue of 1-4 will be credited into your CDS account. That's if you bought 4,000 shares, u got free 1,000 shares. So your outstanding shares will be 5,000, after May 8. TQ.

@pspandela. Probably from its previous exercise price, of 1.65, before bonus issue...it will be adjusted to 1.32. That's the estimated exercise price, but it has to come down to the final date, the actual market price of VS n VS-WA, to determine its exercise price. TQ.
