UOB, KAYHIAN : We came away from VSI’s analyst briefing feeling reassured of its prospects moving forward. After a washout 3QFY18, VSI should stage a recovery in the subsequent quarters on improving operating leverage. It will take two or more quarters for margins to recover to 2017 levels. VSI is in talks with prospective new customers to fill up its new capacities coming on stream in 2H18. Maintain BUY and target price of RM1.85, based on a 13x 2019F EPS.

yup, double checked with mate and the extending of warrant is not valid. Those groups are selling now, pls dun be fooled. Value of warrant should be less than 0.23 (expired soon) if mother at rm1.55.

The final catalyst for this year would be its coming quarter rpt. If can reach 35m, that would be good sign. I think no prob to earn >30m based on skp and ataims performance.

But end year normally market will be weak, esp from Oct-Dec. Hard to tell. Staying away from market would be safe measure and re-enter when the signal comes.

Honestly speaking, between skp, ataims and vs at their current price, for me SKP is much attractive.

dun be fooled by sharks that vs warrant will rise to 0.4. Now VS 1.53, so warrant should be less than or equal to 0.21 only. Left two months to convert. Otherwise will like rubbish paper.
