Vs is a downtrending stock, TA wise.
FA wise, only top management know the real situation.

Well....@tonysony... Analyse the products life cycle of VS...n decide for yourself...how its future earnings will affect the company market value. I presume after this VS-WA expired...VS will propose new warrant...becoz VS has to keep it up with its products R&D...they cannot be complacent...the management need to keep on changing in this 4th or 5th industrial Revolution. I think they are competent...n they have been quite well all these years. TQ.

Ha...I don't really know...any Warrant extension...well I did ask my older remisier...there was some during financial crisis in 2000...n probably in 2009...But for this VS-WA...no news...But any thing can happen...it is only 3 year warrant...???

Ha...other than consumer defensive, financial,
n utility...technology, E&E, n commodities related, have their specific high, medium, n low cycle...we then to group them as cyclical stocks. Their earnings n cash flow n dividend, then to be inconsistent...So to invest or trade into such companies, we need to understand the macro n economic changes, affecting its cycle of up n down. These types of counters usually can have multiple baggers...n downtrending can be huge also. So understand n be competent in what you invest or trade. TQ n GL.

its R&D to improve efficiency and productivity, not R&D on product. they hired 3rd party to change frm labor to robotic. now they hve almost 10k labor and not efficient. increment to min wages will cost additional rm50 per headcount

Hahaha...Just Buy...whatever it is I think these Mr. Gan SY...knows what he driving at...Cost control, efficiency, n productivity. Of course labour cost everywhere is an issue...But business products Must Sell at reasonable margins...So the ROIC n ROE will be above average. At present it is Average...in 6 months time... probably it Will be... analyse its earnings revision. TQ.

Pls read the ext details. it can be extended bcoz it under the provision.. also subject to sc approval and holder need to pay extension fees.

"Condition 8 of the Second Schedule of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 17 August 2000 (“Deed Poll”) allows the Company to extend the exercise period of the Warrants for such further period or periods as the Company deems appropriate subject to the approval of the Securities Commission (“SC”), shareholders and Warrant holders at meetings to be convened."

"PDZH proposes to extend the duration and exercise period of the outstanding Warrants for two (2) years from 12 October 2005 up to and including 11 October 2007 provided that any such extension of any outstanding Warrant is subject to the Warrant holder paying the Extension Fee"

Hohoho...ya... Correct... Approval by SC then extension fees...!!! Those who don't pay, extension fees...will have to convert before it expires. It depends on how we analyse the company earnings revision going forward...extra cost of capital...But probably we can have more capital Gains...What do you really think of VS
intuitively. Previously I gained a lot from its VS-WA. Probably the cycle isuptrending within these few months...GL.

Ha...whatever it is...Sales need to increase plus sustainable net profit margin. Either way...High Sales...low profit margin...or low sales high profit margin. Very, very, difficult to find company with high sales n high profit margin. Don't invest in low sales n low profit margin...sooner or later 'run-road'. I just assume its latest Dyson's products will be well received by consumers...with higher sales n reasonable profit margin. TQ.
