I think move by mgmt to dispose unprofitable business is a very good move.. Hubline stil l have break bulk business which is profittable.. Al this while the shipping business is making loss thus drag whole group fs into red.. the co has making good come back by recording profit in the recent quarter.. It shows that break bulk business which profitable was covering losses from shipping .. Without the loss making business there is huge potential for growth and creating profit.. The one time disposal loss of 350mil is only. Paper loss....

one major challenge is to settle the immediate 170mil debt. i hope this company will not acquire a new loan to settle the current loan. Better renegotiate the term and schedule of payment. With total assets of over 400mil may be can sell some to get extra cash. You have to realize this company still had a net profit of 6mil despite huge losses in container shipping. This goes on to show how well the other business is doing. Huge potential in the future. But the public might panic comes monday. Hold on for a rough ride. Hope this counter survive a possible huge slum. My two cents

Now we know why Billion Power Sdn Bhd & directors disposed off their shareholdings recently. All this while they may have 1st hand information on the company's shipping subsidiary being near insolvent of which may possibly impact the parent company's survival as well. Does their acts of offloading their shareholdings before the major announcements constitute as insider trading?

when there are huge volume selling lower price, why don't people think there are others who picking up at a lower price that you are selling. Why is these investors buy these share yet everyone selling?
It is only need to panic when you want to sell but no people want to buy?
