If you think of it, the big news haven’t release yet! This is only the tip of the iceberg... when they release commercialisation plan and more countries start signing agreement to purchase... then from TP1.5-2 ... you start seeing TP3 and above...

If anyone wanna compare this agreement Yong Tai has with other lousy counters that is pure Goreng... like AT, Kangar etc... sorry.. you will learn that agreement and MOU/rumours are very different!

One has direct business and shareholders impact, the other is just pure rumours that won’t contribute to any business

"Sell on news" applies predominantly to garbage syndicate-controlled counters. Simply ignore the folks who woke up this morning and the first thing they decided to do was not have breakfast but instead put on a circus show here because they intend to buy at low prices this coming Monday. The latest news, IMO, gives genuine assurance that will see YT move upwards on to the same path as Solutn/Bintai in the next 7-14 days. It's as clear cut as that, really. KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 4): Property developer Yong Tai Bhd has entered into a heads of agreement (HoA) with China-based Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products Co Ltd (SZKT) for a proposed collaboration on the development and exclusive commercialisation of the latter's inactivated Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia.
SZKT is currently developing a Covid-19 Inactivated Vaccine (Vero Cells) against the coronavirus,according to Yong Tai in a stock exchange filing today. Under this collaboration, Yong Tai will be SZKT's partner in Malaysia to conduct Phase III clinical trials and exclusive commercialisation of the vaccine.
To support this collaboration, Yong Tai said it has also entered into an advisory and service agreement (ASA) with Klinsel Sdn Bhd to appoint Klinsel as the Contract Research Organisation (CRO) for the proposed clinical study of the Covid-19 vaccine to be conducted in Malaysia.
