based on chart...i believe it's true because chart is faster than news
chart show go down mean the rumor is true

The vaccine procurement is for commercialization, for the private medical clinics for those who preferred other vaccines than the one rolled out by the ministry. So no reasons why the authorities would want to block them. China vaccines are more widely accepted as the technology was the old school tested methods.
