calvin, your baby is not doing well

Perfectly ok for these reasons:

1) Harvest increased. More need for efficient Fully Auto Modipalm

2) Lack of Indonesian workers mean more going for automation.

3) CBIP own Oil Palm plantations in Indonesia expected to bear fruit now

So just load up more CBIP shares while cheap!

Buns Calvin, what is your 1 year target price for CBIP and when do you think the late El Nino will kick in?
24/05/2017 09:15

I think El Nino is already starting in the northern hemisphere. Longer term I hope to see Rm3.50. One year may or may not reach it. But the trend will be upward..

Buns But why the managing director is selling?
24/05/2017 13:51

Check this out carefully

https://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/stk/annchdr/7076.jsp

Director received over 100 million Bonus shares.
From record he only sold 9.4 million shares. So it is less than 10% of the Bonus Issues awarded.

Selling could be any of these reasons

Buying some real estate assets like house, shop house, children's education, holiday spending, investments in other things or buying gold?

As long he he does not dump everything and jump ship it is quite safe.

profit margin will be squeezed due to high steel prices. plus, contributions from spv will be seasonally lower q1 and q2. don't expect the results to be better than last year qoq

So late now. And in this quiet night think of these facts

1) CBIP is a monopoly in Oil Palm just as Top Glove is Top in rubber gloves. So CBIP is a World Class Player.

2) CBIP top holder is Felda. Felda is among the World's Top Plantation owner. So riding on projects from Felda (Sime Darby & Others) ensure lots of business for CBIP.

3) CBIP is a Malaysia Home Grown World Class Company. So Govt takes a special interest in it. And VALUE CAP Supports it.

4) CBIP is coming out with another good quarter soon - making its P/E ratio to single digit only. This will be the top plantation company for growth.

5) A nice 4.74% dividend beats Bank FD anytime.

6) Its Fully Auto Modipalm now launched. Will garner even better sale

7) Unknown to many CBIP has purchased 14,566 acres of Oil Palm Plantations in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Already 3 to 5 years year the FFB should add to revenue soon. This will be a profit booster for the next 22 years.

8) with increasing CPO harvest plus good prices collections have improved. So monies now flowing into CBIP coffers.

9) Management sees CBIP share as undervalue currently - so it is doing SBB.

10) All export furniture, water pipe, construction stocks, steel stocks, plastic stock, IT Stocks, logistic stock, E&E stocks have seen their rotational bull run.

The time for PLANTATION STOCKS TO GO INTO A BULL RUN IS RIPE

So buy early while prices are still cheap.

https://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/stk/annchsh/7076.jsp

Why you look backward?

Didn't Sifu Warren Buffet teach that investing by looking at past quarter or past year report is like driving your car while looking at the rear view mirror?

Look ahead lor! Ooi!!!

See we buy at Rm2.11 because Company SBB already reached Rm2.12 to Rm2.13 today

SEE AHEAD WILL SBB CONTINUES & REACH RM2.50?

So just buy and sell back to Company SBB later

Hmm?

Told you so much investing secret. Think I better start charging tuition fees?

See

Extra! Extra!!

Don't forget CBIP.

This one anything below Rm2.13 just buy some. Company share buyback already reached Rm2.13

P/E expected to improve to single digit. This is the most powerful growth stock among plantations for these reasons:

1) 14.700 Acres Palm Oil maturing will contribute harvests for the next 22 years starting from this year.

2) Collections of past debts will bring in lots and lots of CASH.

3) Fully Automatic Modipalm launching this year of 2017

4) Expansion by Modipalm into new territory of South America

5) Increasing Value of Company Share BuyBack fortells better days ahead for CBIP

6) Dividend over 4.7% better than Bank FD

7) FGV spearheading into JV with China Company will spur demand for CPO

8) Powerful coming El Nino will lift up CPO prices further!!

By all yardsticks CBIP is Now a Buy!

Calvin sifu can this one 10 bagger stock?

Yes, why not?

Fully Auto MODIPALM is almost a monopoly

CBIP's profit is 18% compared to other Palm Oil plantation stocks around 8% to 9%

So the Growth rate is excellent.

Fully Automatic Modipalm Customers are FGV, SIME DARBY & All the Major & Minor Players in Malaysia & Indonesia. New market now is South America

This quarter major profits came from Modipalm Sales & Service.

Actual profit before tax is 25%. After tax net profit is 18.5%

What CBIP is to Plantation is just like PTaras among construction companies.

Both got superior gross profit & net profit.

CBIP is even better than PTaras Jaya because PTaras market is local while CBIP is world wide.

One more thing

FGV is in 30 Top Share Holders of CBIP. Value Cap also in Top 30

So you can expect Malaysian Govt to support CBIP with lots of job orders
