Nearly 80% of Aquaint Danga residensi blocks are sold out. Read the Starbiz today "Brisk sales for Iskandar Condo".This mean that JB property is not cooling fast. It depends on the location. GSB's G Residence is doing well. Why worry.

This coming quarter report is important to see the fiscal health of this company. Hopefully the sales of G-residence would be reflected in the report. Afterwards, it looks like next year would be the year for GSB (hopefully)

Latest Update about GSB

Today I met OSK Iskandar Top Boss. This is the latest revelation about GSB.

Although it was rumoured that G Residence was 80% Sold.

Actual Loan Approved stands at 15%. 15% More Signed S & P Still waiting for loan approval.

The rest did not qualify for stringent loan by banks.

However, G Residence is still the better designed and priced Condo. The take up rate has been affected by loan difficulty. It will take longer time to sell. But ultimately they will all be sold one day.

Don't worry, this month GSB will launch the Klang landed residential project.

In Klang, as long as it is a landed property, plus Gated and Guarded concept, 100% will be fully sold.

Provided that it was not overprice than the big developer (i.e. WCT bukit tinggi, GAMUDA botanic, IOI Bandar Puteri, KSL Canary garden)
