Just finish studying the report, most projects npm to be ARD 20%, I am more conservative, assuming 10%. Flagship development now g residence margin afd 13%

Most project expect to complete in 2years 2017. From what I read, net proft shld rangr ARD RM12mil now shld their projects complete and soldout in according to timeline. Mostly focus on bentong now!

I jus noticed that GSB changed their sector from consumer to properties. 2016 is a good year for the property sector and expectIng GSB's properties to be a hot cake. Since they are targeting low-middle income buyers, they are bound to reap profits.

At current 0,085, it's a deep undervalue. Might double by the up coming quarter due to injection of profits from sales

Gsb has a much experienced team than flonic.
Yes, not as big as ecoworld, but we know it is deeply undervalued compared to ecoworld. I would think fair enough to give them p.e 8 as they are small and property sector not favourable near future.

Yet! It is still far! I would expect even p.e8 return us rm0.20 level of stock prices after taking all its profit into calculations.
