Anyway, it is still good news. LOI is still better than nothing. Only 3 months for both parties to sign to become LOA. Only formality , ie to sign the LOA agreement.

Design plan pun tak ada, approval pun tak ada, apa XXXXXX pun tak ada, still dare to come out con people, salute to Dato.

Many developer has land ready, design plan completed, approval from authority done, advertisement permit done, bridge loan ready, but not dare to start the project, keep in store wait n see first, coz market too bad.

But this type of "Tiger" company, apa pun tak ada, lagi mau announce kuat kuat to attract small retail investor... haih...

Tiger Synergy's share trade resumed today following a suspension yesterday in conjunction with the project LOI announcement.

Yesterday, Tiger Synergy said its wholly-owned subsidiary Tiger Synergy Housing Development Sdn Bhd received the LOI from Elite Community Sdn Bhd for the development of 5,000 units of affordable apartments.

The project is located within an approximately 49ha (123 acre) vacant leasehold land in Setul, Negeri Sembilan, according to the company. "The estimated contract sum of the project is RM1 billion," Tiger Synergy said.

Remember even the MOU turn into Letter of Award with such big billion projects they will have financing issue too.

They will look for cheaper alternative funding like right's issue with another free warrants to start the projects.

Another issue is there are new to properties and doesn't guarantee profitability if not handle systematically and efficiently.

So it need few quarters reporting to cemented the company directions.
