The positives for this proposal is the cash injection of RM150Mil at 1% to finance ongoing project.. Conversion Price of the Notes to TIGER shares at NOT Less than 20sen ie 750M shares (about 64% of the share issued). Essentially a Takeoverl by AOF1 and Tan Choon Wee of the company.
