Dkwee, this counter pays 2 sens consistently every year. 2013 is special because Pohuat paid a extra interim dividend of 2 sen. The latest 1/4 accounts also show a provision for final dividend of 3 sens. Therefore 5 sens for 2013. Please see the "Disclosure" tab above for information.
I think odds are good we could see a further surge tomorrow.

DKwee, base on my very conservative FY14 eps 20 sen(could be much more, latest qtr eps 9.8 sen, previous qtrs eps distorted by 6.75m one-off provision for doubtful debts) , PE 8 X 20= TP 1.60

Getting high huh? Their Vietnamese operation seems to be bigger than Malaysian side. Their financials look good. Net asset per share is RM 1.46 vs current share price of RM 1.13.

Yes the Viet operations have now grown twice bigger than the Malaysian one. Poh Huat's directors are far sighted and they took opportunity of the 2nd quarter (the quiet one) to shift production of Kitchen sets to Vietnam. With the BN Govt increasing costs every month, this now seems a very wise move. I think it will only get better when the RM weakens.

Yeah man. Maybe we have to pay trade commissions to the fengshui master.

Fengshui Master forgot to mention that the lunar year starts at the end of this month so we have 3 more weeks of timber rally. Closing price is resting at previous high - still a long way to go before it reaches to at least its NAPS. ImHO, Buy on dips should be the right move.

It is not necessary to know Feng Shui, nothing wrong to use it as a reference. I did it every year since 2008, I feel that I am getting better and better.
I say that Water, Metal and Wood element related stocks will do very well in 2014. Hsia calender for 2014 starts from 4/2/2014 till 3/2/2015. Please follow up and check on 3/2/2015 whether my prediction comes true or not.
My 2014 stock pick is based on Feng Shui, let us check the performance after 2014 is over.
Please do not quote me, I am not a professional Feng Shui master.
