I want to be honest and fair to others. Presently, I will call a buy on the following stocks :-
1. Latitude
2. Pohuat
3. Homeriz

I will avoid Hevea because the debt is too high. I still keep hevea because my entry price is 0.94. I will cut loss if the closing price on any day is < 1.09. I will not add position on Hevea any more.

Sephiroth : Poh HUat has good and responsible directors who value the stock, unlike Hevea whose MD and father are money minded who sold their holdings via their indirect shares.

林俊松, DON'T buy heavea, directors always sell shares and co have more than 100m debts
for pohuat, if u have extra cash, can average down, i bought at 1.01, if drop below 1.00, i plan to buy more

SMA 10 days is the support and we were there yesterday. The target price will be dependent on how the RM does this year. Pohuat only has a 17% gross profit margin. A 10% fall in the RM will therefore has a huge impact on its Gross profit, EPS and price. I am optimistic of at least >RM1.50 but I would caution that this will all depend on the RM.
