Very soon will see an appeal is filed for the wrongful decision by the lower court in Muar. The Court of Appeal with overturn this decision. It will take another few years to actually decide who shall prevail. And by then all shareholders already cabut liao. Liihen possibly will be in PN17 by then.

Just watch.

All furniture stocks have doubled in their respective market price since September 2013. The only lame and exceptional one is Liihen which showed a gain of only 20+ sen to date. If we are to compare a longer period of 12 months, it actually retraced 20+ sen from its 2013 high of 1.99. It's daily traded volume looked so paltry and insignificant when put side by side with all the furniture stocks. The legal problem lingering over Liihen must be the main reason investors are shunning this stock.

Hi brendonyeap, comparing apple to apple between POHUAT and HEVEA :

1) Company Management : both have shown professional management and good corporate governance since listing without any scandalous or major misstep, unlike LIIHEN which is now deeply entangled with a legal suit brought by a disgruntled and professional shareholder where the case can drag on for years and destroy the company's image totally. However, HEVEA has the added advantage of a real-world major crisis management experience in 2009.....
