Just ignore it. wan has been posting the same thing over and over again with a hope that it will create fear and he can take advantage of the situation. wan is typical day trader hoping to earn from the small investors. Very confusing forum here, wit much contradicting views frm participants. It affected the ctr mkt prc very much deviated frm its intrinsic value. Hence, its risk had bcome higher lately n hard to decide on d investmn decision

The 3 Lim brothers owning kretam, pworth, scib, logging companies and such are cronies of ex Sabah CM Musa Aman who is still hiding in UK. Some timber logging cronies with FMU licenses in Sabah have been trying hard to turn themselves clean after many years but all are robbers of Sabah's timber wealth. More liquidity is good.

Before right issue with bonus was RM0.23 and after right issue with bonus is RM0.0825 is the same. Just more shares in later.

The rights issue has been fully underwritten by Am Investment Bank Bhd, RHB Investment Bank Bhd, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd, MIDF Amanah Investment Bhd and Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd. Priceworth’s substantial shareholders have also provided their undertaking to subscribe to their portion of the rights issue.

Shareholders in May approved the plan to pay RM260 million for FMU5, which is a sustainable forest management concession in Sabah, which has been valued at RM433.8 million by an Independent Firm of Valuers. Priceworth also holds a cash option which if exercised would reduce the acquisition price to RM235 million.
