Don't chase OR (ORDINARY RIGHTS) thinking u have hit the jackpot. Eg: if u buy 100,000@0.045 u have to subscribe by paying another 0.050, therefore total cost $9,500 and u would get 50,000 bonus shares. $9,500/150,000 shares average $0.0633. when it is listed, do u think it can maintain at present price of $0.075? Wait till this Friday if market is bad u might get it cheaper by 4.30pm?

Make sense. When the rights & bonus shares are listed, billion more shares will be available, waiting to sell......most likely the price will be hovering around 6 - 6.5 sen

Hi Yu and Mee, possible too u may received d form until OR expired, as it wud b reached u via normal post. As long as u apply d rights via Symphony hse b4 6/8/18, no worries then. Otherwise, u shud hav sold it latest by tmrw prior to d rights trading ceasation on Mon, if u wish to relinguish ur rights. Hope it clarifies

Hi, i am newbie here.
I bought 6000 shares PWORTH @ RM0.275.
Just noticed was alloted 12000 shares PWORTH-OR @ AVG RM0.07 / Market Price RM0.045.
Please advise:
1. if i to maintain my 6000 shares only and sell off the 12000 shares OR, what will be my 6000 shares valued at, giving current market price @ RM0.075?
2. if i to exercise the OR, how much i have to pay further, based on 12,000 shares OR? And what will be my new shares no.?
Thanks for helping me out. Didnt expect to encounter this OR issue so soon.

@tznwong, your cap investment rm1650
1) 6000 shares x 0.075 = rm450 while 12k OR x 0.045 = rm540
2) 12k OR x 0.05 = rm600, u will get 12k share + 6k bonus shares = 18k shares
18k shares x 0.075(current price) = rm1350

since u are keeping the share from rm0.275, u should be confident with the company and should average the cost when it's having discount price now. or u prefer buy high sell low to cut loss?

Meaning if i folk out additional RM600, my total shares will be 6000+18,000 = 24,000 shares @ investment cost of RM1650+600 = RM2,250.
Average out will be RM0.09375?

After listing of rights and bonus shares, don't think price is able to break 10sen for a long time to come. 14sen is equivalent to 46sen cum rights.....major shareholders will be laughing their ways to the bank.....nothing is impossible.....just wait to see

I've a quick question:

Say if I purchase the excess rights shares (in addition to my Provisional Allotment), will my excess shares be entitled to the Bonus Issue of 2:1 as well?

My understanding is that they won't be entitled to Bonus Share because ex-date was on Jul 20 2018 right? Kindly correct me if my understanding is wrong. Thanks!
