Coming announcement if from Mar to June 19. That time everything is normal for Pworth. Great logging volume, increasing price of log and product, USD strengthening. Eventhough Log export been banned, but i think certainly Pworth able to channel out additional log into local market, since high demand. One probably Focus Lumber. High chance result good.

MFRS 141 is goo for Pworth. Since log price increase, the economical value of Pworth biological asset shall increase. The gap between fair and cost will increase. Good for bottom line. If i m not mistaken, FMU 5 asset havent taken in to balance sheet. Once included, boom. Hopefully they manage to issue by tomorrow.

Recent crackdown is a hit to Pworth, confirmed they logs being ceased. But still investigation, unless u know Sarawak Report ppl to dig.Coming quarter should have better detail of the explanation.

No major shareholder disposing, share turnover is not that high. All bad news probably reflected.

Risk: License being revoke if found corruption in getting the FMU 5 license. Many state already start to stringent the license.

for shareholders who are panic and dont know what to do with PWORTH shares:- road map ahead as follows:- 1) MACC investigation will take 2-3 months to complete...2) adoption of new accounting system is merely an excuse, why? because when investigation is on, no party shall speak or comment about it!...3) No report will out unless and until investigation is completed...4) PWORTH counter will be suspended from trading. why? no report will be out as invastigation is still on-going!...5) Rashid hussein and mahagaya bina WILL NOT leave PWORTH, they are standing by to reverse take over PWORTH from the suspected founder Lim...6) when all this clear, take-over will happen, share consolidation will happen, foreign fund will come in, and TP 1.00 is within our sight!! How long will it take? 6-12 months from now! Hope above helps!!

Pworth will be suspended from Monday onwards...It's time now you make up your mind either to cut loss now or to wait for TP Rm 1.00. My suggestion is We have all the reasons to believe and to go for option to HOLD. Decision making time - now!

I think the best solution is dispose now. I think tomorrow after lunch time will be huge selling volume if qr still not out. For those confident with the pworth, probably can collect the ticket tomorrow after 4pm.

they couldn't complete the adjustments for revaluation as according to auditor by this week. target to be completed within this month, but still subject to auditor's consent. Sorry to tell that to shareholders. :(

If the outcome of investigation is negative, Will it affect GSR to get listed in SGX? Since listing GSR is to raise 200m to pay FMU. How they going to pay the balance of 235m for FMU5?
