I hv done some research on the hydropower projects awarded to kpower especially in Nepal. Tak convince that they got the project.

那些左手给右手的project不知道有多少是真的，不过有几个项目我发觉是有重叠的，同一个项目颁发了给不同的contractor。之前Mustakim说今年会拿到20亿合约，还一直拿这个标题来做炒作。如果除去左手给右手的项目，Mustakim没能在公开市场标得一份合约，别说20亿的合约，连一毛钱的合约也拿不到。
这种只会靠炒作的公司和空壳公司没啥分别。要投资就投资那种有实力的公司而不是一直在那边炒作，一直给散户美梦。到最后吃亏的就是散户罢了

No point trying to frighten people hoping to buy cheaper. The fact is that K Power business is independent from Serba and SCIB. Also projects like the Solar Power plant at Pekan is sign with TNB. The other Hydro Projects are also sign with other independent listed company.

Karim got to much at stake esp with Serba D. The Sukuk Bond due May 2022 is USD 200 M. In order to save Serba, Karim have to buy time. The law suit against EY is to buy time. Time needed to unwind thse suspect projects. He is most likely to sell his majority stake in K Power to rescue his SD and SCIB. Why do you think there is so many buyers inspite of the negative news against Karim

tvz32 Kindly be informed that we have received notice from the Trustee, indicating that coupon payment that is due on 9th November has not been received from the bond issuer (SD International Sukuk Limited) nor from the guarantor (Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd) on its bond SDHMK 6.300% 09May2022 Corp (USD).



Investors are reminded at the moment that this non-payment does not constitute a breach as bond covenant allows 30 days grace period for issuer to make good on the payment, failing which will only then trigger an official default.



In addition, both outstanding bonds of the issuer - SDHMK 6.300% 09May2022 Corp (USD) and SDHMK 6.997% 12Mar2025 Corp (USD) - contains cross default provisions which means that if the bond issuer defaults on one bond it would trigger a cross default on the other bond.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company has agreed to indemnity its auditors, Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT, as part of the terms of its audit engagement against claims by third parties arising from the audit (for an unspecified amount).

It only take one shareholder to highlight this to Bursa, and Karam Power will Karam.
It only take one shareholder to request for FULL audit, and Karam Power will Karam forever.
Chances are Bursa is already put up a team to look and scrutinize Karam Power accounting.
